#29 Franz Josef Glacier

The next stop was Franz Josef. For the second time that day we went on an unexpected helicopter ride. We flew up onto the glacier for a three hour hike.

In the cave we had to tread through some deep ice puddles. Here our model demonstrates with his ice axe just how deep the puddles could be.
